This festive season, we promise you some truly special moments. Around beautifully laid tables, in an atmosphere bathed in the magic of Christmas, fine dining, music and traditions come together to create precious moments to share, in the heart of our Relais & Châteaux establishment.

From 15 November to 17 December, the hotel, our restaurants and the spa will be open exclusively from Thursday evening to Sunday lunchtime.

Sunday 6 December and 3 January Gourmet brunch

On Sunday 6 December 2026 and Sunday 3 January 2027, get together for a gourmet brunch at L'Almandin, where you can savour the delights of fine dining accompanied by music, in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Let yourself be tempted by our buffet, featuring a mix of savoury and sweet treats, fine charcuterie, fresh seafood, a selection of mature cheeses and homemade pastries… On the hot side, enjoy eggs prepared to order according to the chef’s inspiration (omelettes, poached eggs, creamy scrambled eggs) as well as ‘land and sea’ dishes showcasing seasonal produce.

A selection of wines chosen by our sommelier, Crémant de Limoux and hot drinks. €79 per person (50 per cent off for children aged 12 and under).

24 and 25 December Christmas Eve and Christmas Lunch

This Christmas, L’Almandin invites you to a celebration where elegant dining meets the magic of reunions. On the evening of December 24 or at noon on December 25, share a special moment in our Michelin-starred restaurant, accompanied by live music.

Chef Frédéric Bacquié and his team have created a menu inspired by the abundance of local produce and the expertise of our producers. On the festive menu: exceptional oysters, wild sea bass from the Costa Brava, vegetables from our local farmer, and capon from Mr. Ey...

El 31 de diciembre y el 1 de enero New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

Celebrate the New Year in the enchanting setting of our private peninsula in Saint-Cyprien, with a focus on fine dining and festivities.

On 31 December, for the final evening of the year, L’Almandin is celebrating exceptional produce with a champagne aperitif and a five-course menu featuring lobster, wild turbot and venison. Your dinner will be accompanied by live music, before giving way to a second part of the evening featuring dancing and party favours. Price: €295 per person

Getaways and Dates A magical programme

The festive season is also a time for new discoveries, with its illuminated villages, entertainment and Christmas markets. From L’Île de la Lagune, set off to explore the region’s festive events:

In Barcarès, the Christmas Village immerses you in a magical world from 20 November to 10 January, with parades, an ice rink, an ice sculpture museum, an enchanted forest and a miniature railway.
In Perpignan, stroll along the illuminated quays to discover craft stalls, gourmet food stalls and antique markets.
In Collioure, marvel at the monumental light displays illuminating the church, the bell tower and the castle every evening from 6 pm, from 12 December to 4 January.
