There exists a typically southern pleasure: a relaxed meal on the terrace by the pool, under the large parasols of L’Aquarama. The gentle offshore breeze cools the atmosphere and adds to the maritime ambience. Before a lazy afternoon on the beach or after an early morning bike ride, there's nothing quite like a tasty break at the water's edge.
It all starts with passion and gourmandise, with the desire to give pleasure through dishes that are loved by all and are made for sharing: lasagne, osso bucco, tiramisu... This alone arouses interest, puts a smile on your face and makes you want more... You've understood the spirit of L'Aquarama!
A menu can take a thousand different forms. L'Aquarama menu is all about respect. Respect for recipes that are sometimes centuries old, respect for the products, their quality and their origin, respect for the Italian tradition of freshness, flavour, the obvious 'al dente', the melt-in-the-mouth simmer, the creamy sweetness... Each item on the menu has been carefully created to ensure its authenticity and submitted to a jury made up of the entire gourmet team at L'Île de la Lagune. And the resulting menu was validated by bright eyes and satisfied smiles!
The secret to great spaghetti? Using bronze-drawn pasta. Its extra-fine texture ensures the perfect blend with the sauce for maximum pleasure! The secret to a mouth-watering meal? The fragrance that emanates from it when it is served to a guest: the aroma of fresh tomato coulis, the hint of crushed garlic, the Mediterranean freshness of the pesto... And the proof of generosity? Tiramisu served by the ladle!
For a cocktail or a gourmet treat, L’Aquarama organises jazz evenings (piano, singer...), usually on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The L'île de la Lagune hotel, its two restaurants L'Almandin and L'Aquarama, its thalasso and its spa welcome you in an intimate and verdant setting for moments of relaxation and luxury.
